About
Integrative Treatment Trauma Center (ITTC) offers a comprehensive outpatient and virtual treatment program specifically designed for individuals of all ages dealing with trauma, structured in three distinct phases. The initial phase focuses on psychoeducation, establishing safety and boundaries, and enhancing emotional coping skills. The second phase employs a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at processing traumatic experiences, while the final phase centers on future planning and aftercare strategies.
The center adopts a holistic approach, integrating individual psychotherapy, group sessions, coaching, and reiki into their treatment framework. The therapists at ITTC bring a wealth of expertise and specializations, enabling them to offer a range of treatment options for different types of trauma and trauma-related disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), interpersonal trauma, dissociative disorders, issues stemming from sexual assault or trafficking, identity exploration, grief and loss, chronic illness, childhood trauma, perinatal mental health concerns, and trauma in intimate and family relationships, among others.
In alignment with their client-centered philosophy, trauma coaching is provided to assist individuals throughout their therapeutic journey, helping them build skills for symptom management and self-confidence.
Reiki, a Japanese method promoting relaxation, is utilized alongside practices like meditation, mindfulness, and restorative yoga to facilitate healing and overall wellness.
Individual therapy at ITTC incorporates both evidence-based and holistic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and a range of other effective, trauma-informed care methods.
Group therapy includes four unique programs that emphasize connection and healing. Participants can engage in body connection and movement sessions aimed at integrating mind and body, and psychoeducation classes that cover trauma awareness and healthy coping strategies. The process group provides a supportive environment for sharing perspectives and encouragement, while skill-building sessions focus on cultivating pro-social behaviors to achieve targeted goals.
Integrative Treatment Trauma Center is compatible with commercial insurance and accepts private payments. Service fees vary, with individual sessions priced at $155, coaching sessions at $75, and reiki and other bodywork services ranging from $40 to $140.
