Lakeside Milam Kirkland Outpatient

Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers (LMRC) offers comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment across nine locations in Western Washington, creating a nurturing community environment for those pursuing recovery. The Kirkland outpatient facility, strategically positioned near Seattle, features extensive clinical assessments, an intensive outpatient program, and tailored continuing care plans for every client. The Kirkland center's outpatient program caters to both men and women who do not require inpatient care or withdrawal management. Each client receives a bespoke treatment plan that addresses their specific needs, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals experiencing mild to moderate alcohol or opioid dependence. The program incorporates life skills workshops, individual and group counseling, and case management, while promoting family education and engagement. Participation in 12-Step recovery meetings is actively encouraged to foster ongoing community connections. Having supported over 100,000 clients since its inception in 1983, Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers has established a vibrant alumni network. The center organizes quarterly alumni dinners featuring guest speakers at no cost to former clients, along with a summer picnic that includes food, activities, raffles, and live performances. Private Facebook groups and an alumni app further enhance connections within the Lakeside-Milam recovery community. LMRC is accredited by CARF and works with most major insurance providers.
