Located just a few miles southeast of Portland, Oregon, in the community of Gladstone, LifeStance Health Gladstone (previously recognized as Western Psychological & Counseling Services) is a private practice dedicated to providing a wide range of mental health services. The center's skilled team includes master's-level therapists and nurse practitioners who utilize diverse therapeutic methods to support clients from all walks of life. Each professional focuses on particular populations and issues, employing evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, as well as life situations such as gender-related concerns, hoarding behaviors, childhood behavioral difficulties, and major life changes. Clients have the option to select practitioners who align with their specific mental health requirements and insurance plans. The center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with availability for appointments over the weekend. They serve a diverse clientele, including men, women, youths, children, veterans, first responders, individuals involved in adoption and foster care, those within the LGBTQ+ community, and those with mild disabilities or autism spectrum conditions. Services provided include individual therapy, couples and marriage counseling, faith-oriented treatment, exposure therapy, medication management, telehealth options, parenting training, and more.
