Lourdes Behavioral Health, located in Richland, WA, provides both outpatient services and 24-hour inpatient care to adults dealing with significant mental health issues, alongside challenges related to substance use or physical health. The center accommodates both voluntary and involuntary patients, including those engaged with the legal system. Lourdes addresses a spectrum of mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression, while also tackling co-occurring problems, which may include memory issues linked to mental disorders, hallucinations, tremors, and difficulties with daily self-care, prioritizing safety and stability. Their offerings encompass inpatient psychiatric treatment, a residential crisis triage service, and smaller residential facilities. While Lourdes does not provide ADHD diagnoses, it does cater to clients who already have this diagnosis. Outpatient care is available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and residential care staff are on hand around the clock to provide consistent support throughout the week. Lourdes utilizes the My Health Record system, allowing clients to track their treatment progression both during and after their stay. This facilitates ongoing communication with their care team and ensures follow-up on long-term care needs. The facility features a secure environment with 32 licensed inpatient psychiatric beds, 16 crisis triage beds, and 10 residential home beds. Living arrangements may consist of private or shared accommodations, equipped with shared bathroom facilities. The center is designed with consultation rooms, activity areas, and spaces for group interaction.
