Mainspring Recovery

Mainspring Recovery is a facility dedicated to addiction rehabilitation located in Dumfries, Virginia. Their goal is to deliver top-notch treatment for those struggling with addiction. Mainspring Recovery provides opioid withdrawal management, a residential treatment program lasting up to 30 days, a lower intensity step-down residential program, and a partial hospitalization program (PHP). The center's services encompass 24/7 support, both individual and group therapy, an alumni network, family support programs, peer support groups, yoga, access to a fitness facility, and aftercare planning.

The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing issues related to substance use and associated mental health disorders. The approach to treatment is holistic, ensuring that all conditions are tackled simultaneously through individualized and empathetic care, fostering complete recovery.

At our rehabilitation center, we welcome all Virginia Medicaid plans, which encompass both Kaiser and UnitedHealthcare Commercial policies. Additionally, we collaborate with a variety of out-of-network commercial insurance companies.
