Mainspring Recovery - Triangle

Mainspring Recovery Triangle provides specialized care for individuals grappling with substance use disorders through a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This approach combines more support than typical outpatient services while allowing participants to return home nightly, striking a balance between structured assistance and daily life flexibility. Within the PHP framework, Mainspring Recovery includes both individual and group counseling, workshops to develop essential life skills, and classes aimed at increasing knowledge about addiction. Clients are empowered to comprehend their challenges, learn effective coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being, all while integrating their new skills into their daily routines in a secure environment. The center fosters a genuine community atmosphere, enabling clients to connect with others on similar journeys. Each individual receives a tailored aftercare plan designed to facilitate a smooth transition once they complete the PHP, ensuring ongoing support and encouragement to establish a solid foundation for lasting recovery. Additionally, Mainspring provides low-intensity residential care in Dumfries and higher-intensity options at their facility in Lynchburg.

The Rehabilitation Center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders alongside concurrent mental health issues. Each individualized treatment approach is designed to tackle both conditions simultaneously, ensuring nurturing and tailored support for holistic recovery.
