Over the course of a stay ranging from 28 to 90 days, clients embark on a journey toward autonomy and sustainable recovery. The first phase, which extends for 90 days, includes a comprehensive evaluation that leads to the development of a customized treatment plan or "contract" aimed at steering clients toward lasting recovery. The second phase, spanning 6 to 9 months, emphasizes the execution of this contract using methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, strategies for relapse prevention, and self-care initiatives. Clients also participate in external support networks, including 12-Step programs. The final phase, lasting 3 months, focuses on fostering significant personality changes and enhancing interpersonal connections. Throughout each stage, the treatment process incorporates both individual and group therapy sessions. MOMENTO promotes family engagement and provides educational resources for families. Clients also benefit from psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, and osteopathic treatment.
