Its diverse team comprises therapists, psychologists, movement specialists, nutritional advisors, and coaches, with a coach available around the clock. The therapeutic methods employed include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and mindfulness practices for a comprehensive healing experience. Nestled near the mountains in the Javea countryside, Montgó Lifestyle offers a peaceful atmosphere conducive to recovery. Clients are provided with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, and inviting accommodations. During their leisure time, they can unwind by the beautiful pool, enjoy outdoor seating areas, relax in the sauna, or participate in activities such as yoga, walking, and meditation.
