Each individual is encouraged to participate in at least one therapy session weekly, while the daily schedule incorporates group therapy and 12-Step meetings. Multiple levels of care are available at Mount Regis Center, with the day treatment program operating Monday through Friday, usually lasting between 10 to 19 days depending on the client's specific requirements. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers sessions in the afternoons and evenings three times a week, running for three hours each day, with virtual attendance options available. After treatment, clients benefit from three months of complimentary aftercare, which includes both individual and group therapy as needed, along with access to the extensive alumni network.
