About
Mountain View Recovery is a comprehensive rehabilitation center designed for individuals facing addiction challenges along with associated mental health issues. Residents are encouraged to engage in adventure therapy, which features experiences in nature such as hiking, rock climbing, nature walks, and visits to nearby lakes. The center operates with two distinct facilities: an outpatient center and a residential campus. Individuals can take part in a variety of programs, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient services (OP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and residential treatment. Mountain View Recovery offers a wide range of therapeutic options, allowing clients to select what resonates best with their needs. Each treatment plan is tailored to include various therapies, such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, adventure therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MBCT), and trauma-informed care. The center has a particular focus on treating bipolar disorders and holds accreditation from the Joint Commission, accepting most major insurance plans with a straightforward verification process.
Mountain View Recovery features three distinct sites: an outpatient facility, a Day Treatment center, and a residential program. The outpatient center includes a welcoming waiting area and private rooms for both individual and group therapy. The PHP center offers shared living spaces, communal bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and an arts and crafts section. The residential facility boasts stunning mountain views, a fire pit, and a secure backyard.
