About
Situated in the northeastern part of Oklahoma, the Northeastern Oklahoma Council on Alcoholism (NOCA) is a non-profit facility dedicated to helping those battling drug and alcohol dependency. Established in 1975, NOCA offers both inpatient and outpatient services for individuals grappling with substance abuse, including those facing mental health issues. The primary goal of the center is to eliminate obstacles and deliver community-oriented, individualized care.
NOCA employs effective therapeutic techniques such as the Hazelden Cognitive Behavioral program to assist individuals in recognizing and modifying detrimental behaviors. Additionally, they provide relapse prevention strategies, life skills development, and assistance for those encountering legal challenges. This comprehensive approach equips participants with the tools necessary for healthier lifestyles and prepares them for sustained recovery.
Throughout the six-month program, individuals start with 30 days of residential therapy, followed by five months of organized support. NOCA mandates that participants engage in employment or educational pursuits and maintain accountability through staff check-ins and random drug screenings. The center offers a secure and monitored environment where individuals can concentrate on their recovery and personal responsibility.

Providers Policy
At the Northeastern Oklahoma Council on Alcoholism (NOCA), we understand that navigating the financial aspects of treatment can be a concern for many individuals and families seeking help for substance use disorders. We are committed to making our services accessible and offer various payment options to support our mission of removing barriers to recovery.
NOCA accepts a range of private insurance plans and is happy to assist clients in determining their coverage for residential and outpatient treatment services. Our staff can provide guidance on how to verify benefits and understand the financial responsibilities associated with treatment. For those who may not have insurance, we also offer a sliding fee scale based on income, ensuring that cost does not hinder access to essential care.
Our goal is to provide community-based, personalized treatment without the added stress of financial uncertainty. If you have any questions regarding your insurance provider or payment options, please do not hesitate to reach out to our admissions team. We are here to help you navigate your options and support your journey toward recovery.
