OnTrack Dads Program

OnTrack Rogue Valley's Dad's Program provides a strength-focused residential treatment option that operates around the clock for fathers dealing with substance use disorders. This initiative enables fathers to reside with their young children, who are five years old or younger, while they work on developing essential life and parenting competencies. The program incorporates research-backed group sessions and wellness-centered activities, along with coordinated care involving medication-assisted treatment clinics, pharmacies, and other service providers to facilitate the fathers' recovery processes. Each day starts with a nutritious home-cooked breakfast, and residents are engaged in a scheduled set of household responsibilities. Community meetings are held regularly to collaboratively assist each individual's progress. Participants meet frequently with their care teams to recognize achievements, address challenges, and organize discharge planning. The Dad’s Program holds licensing from the Oregon Health Authority and has received accreditation from CARF.

The center specializes in addressing issues related to substance use and concurrent mental health disorders. Each treatment strategy is designed to tackle every condition simultaneously, ensuring individualized and empathetic support for holistic recovery.
