Pasadena Villa Outpatient Richmond

Situated in the center of Richmond, the rehabilitation center provides two tiers of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Moreover, they offer a virtual IOP from 4 to 7 PM for clients in Virginia. The PHP serves as both a preventive measure against hospitalization and a transitional step for those moving down from residential treatment or hospitalization. Clients engage in extensive care with treatment lasting 6 hours per day, five days a week. The IOP caters to individuals facing increased symptoms who are not making progress with their existing therapy or outpatient services, offering treatment for 3 hours per day, 3 to 5 days each week. The dedicated team of clinicians focuses on a range of conditions, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. They implement a blend of evidence-based therapies alongside alternative methods to support overall well-being. Common therapeutic approaches encompass acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutritional counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).

The center specializes in addressing mental health disorders as well as concurrent substance use challenges. Here, you are offered personalized and collaborative care aimed at treating both aspects, promoting comprehensive recovery and overall well-being.
