About
At Pathfinder, the rehabilitation process is designed to seamlessly integrate into the lives of clients. There are no predetermined start or end dates, allowing individuals to engage in their treatment as long as necessary, scheduling appointments that fit their availability. For those dealing with substance use disorders, Pathfinder offers an adaptable, entirely virtual spectrum of services, which includes medical assessments, detoxification, trauma-informed and culturally-aware counseling, peer support, and options for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) or psychiatric medications. All services are provided through secure online platforms, enabling clients to receive effective treatment from the comfort of their homes.
The treatment approach aims to eliminate obstacles—emotionally, medically, and logistically. Their comprehensive virtual services deliver the same quality of care expected in an inpatient facility, all without interrupting clients' daily lives. The journey can commence with in-home detox, including daily virtual consultations with physicians. From that point, each person's treatment plan is customized to meet their unique needs, whether it involves MAT, peer coaching, therapy for mental health issues, or specialized support for expecting or new mothers. With a focus on harm reduction, they create a compassionate environment free of stigma and tailored to individual paths to recovery.
All clients benefit from four weeks of complimentary aftercare, which includes weekly clinical meetings and peer support to ensure they remain connected and receive guidance as they reintegrate into everyday life. This additional support layer fosters accountability as clients apply what they have learned while navigating new challenges.
Treatment Focus
The rehabilitation center focuses on addressing issues related to substance abuse as well as concurrent mental health disorders. Your individualized treatment approach simultaneously targets all aspects of your health, ensuring a caring and holistic recovery experience.
