Pine Grove Legacy

The Pine Grove Legacy Program caters to adults aged 55 and older who are experiencing challenges related to substance use, trauma, and simultaneous mental health disorders. This program features comprehensive residential addiction treatment alongside a Day Treatment option (PHP) for gradual recovery. Each treatment plan is personalized, focusing on the unique requirements of each client, and is assessed weekly by a diverse team of professionals. The program can involve various therapeutic approaches such as 12-Step support, gender-specific group sessions, experiential therapy, grief counseling, fitness activities, a family involvement week, and medication oversight. Clients benefit from round-the-clock nursing services and a dedicated team composed of addiction specialists, psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, and a dietitian. Furthermore, Pine Grove is affiliated with Forrest General, a 512-bed hospital recognized as a Level II trauma center. This 16-bed facility is located in the serene countryside of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Each client is provided with a private room furnished with twin beds, desks, dressers, and lamps. The property features several outdoor areas where clients can relax and engage in birdwatching at the nearby feeders.
