About
Pyramid Easton Outpatient serves both adults and teenagers dealing with substance use issues and accompanying mental health challenges. The center prioritizes accessible treatment by accepting a wide range of payment options, including most private insurance policies, Medicaid, county funding, and medical assistance programs. Clients have the opportunity to engage in an intensive outpatient program (IOP), which consists of sessions lasting 3-4 hours each day, as well as traditional outpatient services and drug and alcohol evaluations to properly align clients with the appropriate level of care. Walk-in assessments are conducted at Pyramid Easton on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Single therapy sessions employ cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to address harmful thoughts and replace them with positive alternatives. Participants can also take part in tailored group therapy, where they learn effective coping mechanisms and strategies to prevent relapse, while sharing and reflecting on their journeys with peers who have faced similar struggles. Specialized groups cater specifically to adolescent clients. Additionally, clients and their families can engage in family or couples counseling to enhance understanding and communication, with support groups for families also available. Pyramid Easton provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adult clients, assisting in the reduction of cravings, particularly for opioids and alcohol.
Situated in close proximity to the local high school, Pyramid Easton Outpatient Treatment Center delivers services to individuals residing in east central Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. Clients benefit from easy access to Highway 22, which connects Easton to Allentown, as well as I-78, ensuring ample parking on site. For those utilizing public transport, bus line 106 and the BLU bus stop are within a short 10-minute walk from the center.
