Quest House Portland

Quest House offers a sober living program tailored for LGBTQ+ individuals and those living with HIV. Situated in Portland, Oregon, this center supplies a secure and nurturing space for clients who are moving from inpatient treatment back to everyday life. Quest House is a collaborative effort between Bridges to Change and the Quest Center for Integrative Health, accommodating up to nine residents. The center focuses on delivering evidence-based therapies, which encompass mental health support, acupuncture, physical fitness, nutritional guidance, and case management. A professional care team made up of licensed psychologists, social workers, addiction specialists, and a Doctor of Chinese Medicine is on hand to provide assistance. Their mission is to create a supportive framework that encourages clients to achieve independence while guiding them through their recovery. The team is aware that the LGBTQ+ community encounters elevated rates of mental health challenges and greater risks of homelessness, and they are committed to nurturing a community that fosters healing and recovery for all clients.

The Rehabilitation Center focuses on addressing substance use disorders along with related mental health issues. Our tailored treatment approach ensures that both conditions are tackled simultaneously, providing empathetic and individualized support for thorough recovery.
