The rehabilitation center is tailored for adolescents aged 13-18 and adults 18 and older, offering outpatient services such as partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) aimed at treating eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Key offerings include medical assessments, educational resources regarding health, and nutritional assistance. Free assessments are available, which can be conducted in person or via telehealth, allowing patients to identify the most suitable care level. Situated at 1950 Keene Road in Richland, the center facilitates a seamless transition to more intensive support when necessary. The programs at the center strike a balance between structure and flexibility. Essential components consist of group therapy sessions, consistent medical evaluations, and skill-building classes. For those receiving treatment for eating disorders, additional services include therapeutic meal support, individual and family therapy sessions, and nutritional counseling. Practitioners employ research-backed strategies, solution-oriented techniques, and mindful movement practices. The programs also address sleep and wellness education, with options for medication management. In the case of eating disorder treatment, the PHP operates five days a week for approximately eight hours daily, incorporating medical assistance, therapy, family participation, and nutrition-related services. The IOP is also held five days a week, typically lasting around four hours, including supervised meals and counseling sessions. For adolescents experiencing depression and anxiety, the IOP takes place four days a week for about three hours, while adults have the option of a five-day IOP lasting around three and a half hours per day or a six-hour PHP.
