ReSTART is a rehabilitation facility aimed at helping teenagers and young adults who are dealing with technology addiction. This center focuses on individuals facing issues related to excessive video gaming, screen time, internet use, and social media dependence. ReSTART offers a residential treatment program designed to assist both men and women dealing with co-occurring conditions, including depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD/ADD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and challenges in academics and relationships. The center employs an array of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), family therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). Programs at ReSTART are tailored separately for adults and teens, incorporating gender-sensitive treatment methodologies. Adult programs feature home-based living communities, thorough assessments, daily workshops, individual therapy, experiential therapies, volunteer options, and outdoor activities like hiking and camping. One notable offering is a long-term program known as De-Tech Rise Up, where clients live on a working ranch for self-care while looking after animals. Also available is an intensive retreat program lasting over a month, which includes clinical therapy, workshops, group activities, recreational therapy, and the crafting of life balance plans for enduring recovery. For adults, there's the Open World program, allowing for independent living over 3 to 8 months, plus the Sustainability Maintain Momentum program for a 9 to 12-month commitment. Teens can participate in a residential program with year-round enrollment or an intensive summer option, with a typical duration of over 12 weeks. ReSTART operates on a private pay basis. ReSTART features two housing options, specifically designed for different age groups and genders. The adult residential living is at Rise-Up Ranch, which provides a cozy cabin in a mountain setting. This facility includes amenities such as a gym, outdoor lounge, rustic fire pit, horseshoe area, chicken coop, board games, a stove for heating, and puzzles. The accommodations consist of semi-private rooms with shared bathrooms that include a large Jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. Teen accommodations, named Serenity Mountain, span 32 acres, offering stunning forest views. Serenity Mountain features amenities such as an indoor pool, meditation area, full gym, a library with both contemporary and classic literature, outdoor lounge space, fire pit, mountain trails, and an education center. The teen living arrangements consist of shared bedrooms and bathrooms that are designated for specific genders.
