The facility offers private, medically supervised detoxification for drugs and alcohol, as well as inpatient rehabilitation services. For those who have previously faced challenges achieving lasting sobriety, Retreat at Sky Ridge provides a relapse prevention program, intervention support, telehealth options, aftercare services, and sober living arrangements. Treatment programs vary in duration, lasting 30, 45, 60, or 90 days, with an average stay ranging from 30 to 45 days. At the start of treatment, clients receive thorough evaluations that address their physical, emotional, and psychological health, aiding in the creation of tailored treatment plans. They are also exposed to educational sessions about addiction, exploring its effects on both the body and mind. Therapies utilized include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, relapse prevention strategies, internal family systems (IFS), and motivational interviewing. Clients benefit from round-the-clock access to medical professionals and nursing care. Retreat at Sky Ridge operates as a private pay facility, offering the possibility of insurance reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, though it does not participate with any insurance providers directly. Set on a picturesque 130-acre site, Retreat at Sky Ridge features natural springs, creeks, wooded areas, and two fishing ponds fed by springs. This serene environment enhances relaxation and supports the recovery process. Formerly a private resort, the property’s cabins and pavilions were completely renovated in the fall of 2020. The center accommodates up to 12 clients simultaneously in shared lodgings, with clients residing in cabins on the premises and benefiting from access to walking trails. During their activities, clients can enjoy the beauty of bubbling creeks, encounter local wildlife, and experience the rich, vibrant forest landscape.
