Nestled within 50 picturesque acres in Rockford, Illinois, the Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus serves as a residential rehabilitation facility tailored for adolescents and young adults aged 12 to 20 grappling with addiction and concurrent mental health issues. The center offers a range of services including residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Additionally, medically supervised detoxification is available for individuals aged 16 and older. Rosecrance Griffin emphasizes personalized and comprehensive programming that utilizes an outcome-oriented treatment philosophy to cater to each participant's specific needs. At the heart of the recovery process is a foundation built on 12-Step principles, supplemented by an array of evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), group therapy, family support, experiential therapies, as well as art and music therapy, recreational activities, and horticultural therapy. The typical length of stay is around 30 days, during which group counseling sessions occur six times a week, complemented by a minimum of two individual therapy sessions and one family meeting weekly. The Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus spans an impressive 67,000 square feet, featuring 80 beds in a facility designed akin to a mountain lodge. Its interior showcases open-beam ceilings and provides breathtaking views of a therapeutic garden, complete with a natural stone waterfall, large boulders, and a fish-filled pond. Clients have access to various outdoor walking paths, a lounge area, an indoor basketball court, and a spacious gymnasium for recreational activities.
