Located in Northern Illinois, Rosencrance Harrison serves as both an inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facility, providing 12-Step support and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This center is dedicated to helping adults cultivate vital skills and restore positive, healthy interactions. It specializes in treatments for opioid addiction and has a tailored program specifically for first responders. The facility boasts 97 beds and offers support not only for substance use disorders but also for co-occurring conditions like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Rosencrance Harrison prioritizes a holistic approach, incorporating health and wellness programs that include nutritional guidance, therapeutic recreation, and art therapy. It also features an onsite detoxification unit that utilizes medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Clients benefit from spiritual care, family education and support, psychoeducation, and planned sober activities after treatment completion. Rosencrance Harrison provides a unique program for uniformed services that caters to the treatment needs of first responders. This program is designed to tackle the distinctive challenges faced by firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement personnel, and military members, and is led by an active-duty battalion chief and EMT. Treatment modalities include EMDR, assessments for sleep disturbances, cortisol level testing, and pain management strategies. Clients at Rosencrance Harrison can enjoy modern amenities on its expansive 10-acre campus, which features an outdoor dining space, a chapel, a health center, a peaceful walking path, an alumni center, an art studio, and a fitness facility. Shared accommodations are also available for residents. The center holds Joint Commission accreditation and welcomes both public and private insurance plans.
