At Royal Life Center, techniques such as the 12-Step approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), and relapse prevention are integrated alongside various holistic therapies, including art and music therapy, writing, yoga, and meditation. A standout aspect of the center is Dr. Phil’s Path to Recovery, an innovative program that utilizes virtual reality tools to enhance the rehabilitation experience. This program includes 29 interactive exercises consisting of virtual discussions with Dr. Phil and an accompanying workbook intended to reinforce the VR sessions. Situated in Sumner, Washington, Royal Life Center at Puget Sound benefits from the scenic beauty of the Pacific Northwest, creating a serene backdrop for recovery. The facility is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood and features semi-private rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
