Clients have opportunities to engage in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention strategies. Participants learn valuable techniques in budgeting, time management, as well as emotional and relational skills such as effective communication and emotional regulation, while neurofeedback aids in restoring equilibrium and proper functioning post-addiction. The journey of recovery at Rubicon is enriched with enjoyable activities and facilities. Its excellent location is adjacent to a lovely park, ideal for reflective outdoor time. Physical fitness is prioritized with 4-5 gym sessions each week, including access to a sauna and weightlifting resources. As clients progress in their recovery, they gain more autonomy through day passes for activities like cinema, bowling, and mini-golf. During the summer, they make rejuvenating trips to local lakes, while spring Sundays are highlighted by family-style dinners that foster connection and support.
