Following this, clients undergo a biopsychosocial assessment with the clinical director, which is crucial in developing a customized treatment plan for each individual. Research-Driven, Comprehensive Treatment Rushton Recovery offers an array of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). These therapies are delivered in both group and individual formats. Group sessions include process-oriented discussions, psychoeducation, relapse prevention strategies, and family therapy as requested.
