Situated near Grendon Farms Park on Kirkwood Highway, Sanare Today Wilmington (previously known as Pace, Inc.) provides intensive outpatient (IOP) services for adults in Wilmington facing various mental health challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, thoughts of self-harm, and trauma, alongside issues related to substance use, including alcohol and benzodiazepines. The center offers distinct therapy tracks that focus on trauma recovery, comprehensive mental health support, substance use treatment, and integrated care for individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders. Each program aims to enhance mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills, while also addressing matters related to DUI offenses. The therapy groups consist of no more than eight participants and emphasize skill development, coping mechanisms, and mutual support. Family involvement in group therapy sessions is encouraged every few weeks to aid their understanding of the recovery process and the skills necessary for their loved ones. The intake team strives to connect with prospective clients within 24 hours of their initial contact, with the possibility of same-day therapy in some instances. Trauma-informed group therapy sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., complemented by individual therapy available at various times on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The mental health-focused program operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. or 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Sanare Today also has multiple other locations in Wilmington, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Raleigh, with some sites offering specialized IOP services tailored to women, adolescents, tweens, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Additionally, Sanare Today utilizes the InSync patient portal, allowing clients to access their treatment notes both during and after their care.

At our rehabilitation center, we work with a variety of prominent insurance providers and offer customized payment plans along with single-case agreements. Our intake department is available to assist with inquiries from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
