Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch provides a comprehensive, faith-based residential program for boys aged 14-17, focusing on various personal challenges. At Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch, family plays a vital role in the recovery process. Every eight weeks, Family Reconnect Day facilitates meaningful visitation alongside intensive therapy, while weekly virtual interactions keep families connected and involved. With around-the-clock mentorship from a skilled team and personalized attention, each participant benefits from up to five individual therapy sessions each week, in addition to group therapy and addiction recovery resources. Stays can be flexible, ranging from 90 days to 9-10 months, ensuring each boy receives support tailored to his specific requirements, promoting lasting change. The structured weekday routine integrates education, therapy, and physical engagement. Mornings start with breakfast, devotions, and classes, followed by group discussions, life skills training, and evening chapel gatherings. Weekends are more relaxed, with recreational activities, church outings, and leisure time. Adventure therapy options, such as hiking, rappelling, canoeing, and equine therapy, promote active participation and personal development. Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch offers various accredited academic pathways, including GED and personal-growth options tailored to the unique needs of each student. The therapeutic classroom setting allows for self-paced learning supported by individualized tutoring from certified educators, helping teens acquire skills for future success. Situated on a tranquil 31-acre campus in the Ozark Mountains, the center ensures a secure and nurturing atmosphere. Boys reside in private bedrooms furnished with a bed, desk, and window, accompanied by shared bathrooms for privacy. Dormitories feature communal areas with ping pong tables, kitchenettes, sofas, and televisions. The campus is equipped with a range of amenities, including: Recreational Facilities: CrossFit gym, indoor basketball court, game room, and outdoor adventure spaces. Equestrian Center: A newly constructed facility for equine-assisted therapy. Dining & Health: On-site chef, fully stocked cafeteria, and around-the-clock nursing staff for medication supervision. Outdoor Areas: Fire pits, hammocks, picnic tables, and beautifully landscaped natural surroundings.
