About
The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center offers tailored support for individuals dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and various anxiety disorders. Services are available for all age groups, beginning with children as young as 3. The center employs a team of skilled professionals who treat a wide range of issues, including childhood anxiety disorders, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, body dysmorphia, PTSD, and more. Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP), patients are equipped with strategies to manage their conditions effectively. Beyond traditional counseling, they provide in-home therapy for those unable to visit the center and also offer convenient teletherapy options. The team emphasizes the significance of goal-setting and acquiring new skills through various forms of talk therapy. The center operates from two locations in Illinois: Oak Brook and Orland Park.
The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center is noted for its intensive outpatient program (IOP) specifically designed for individuals facing severe OCD and anxiety. This program is flexible and community-based, allowing the therapy to take place in environments where patients experience their anxiety. It features focused one-on-one counseling sessions with a range of specialists, equipping patients with numerous coping strategies. Moreover, the IOP is adaptable to fit the patients' hectic schedules, ensuring that their educational or professional commitments are not hindered. Additionally, the center offers training for parents to best assist their children struggling with OCD or anxiety. While they do not contract with in-network insurance providers, many patients find that their insurance plans may reimburse them for out-of-network services either partially or fully.
Treatment Focus
The rehabilitation center specializes in the treatment of mental health disorders alongside simultaneous substance use issues. Here, you will benefit from personalized care that focuses on a holistic approach to address both areas for comprehensive healing.

Providers Policy
Your insurance plan might cover your sessions at “out-of-network” pricing, which implies that a portion or the entirety of your session expenses could be paid for. However, factors such as deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, and restrictions on the number of sessions covered could influence your anticipated financial responsibility throughout the course of treatment.
