The Ridge provides personalized, evidence-supported treatment for substance use disorders, focusing on both drug and alcohol addiction. Set on a serene 51-acre site, the center ensures a tranquil healing environment with a staff-to-client ratio of 4:1 for personalized attention. Their offerings include residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient services, and a unique 72-hour One-Bite assessment for those seeking to avoid formal disciplinary action by a medical board. They specifically serve professionals through a tech-savvy program designed for individuals like CEOs, lawyers, pilots, and business owners. Clients embark on their recovery journey with a thorough biopsychosocial assessment, a physical examination, and an addiction evaluation. The Ridge facilitates medically supervised detoxification and, when necessary, medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The team consists of two addiction specialists: a psychiatrist and a medical doctor, along with specialized therapists and counselors who support cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing strategies, and case management. Following residential treatment, clients are invited to participate in a comprehensive 52-week aftercare program featuring weekly group therapy sessions led by clinicians with master's degrees. The Ridge emphasizes holistic dual-diagnosis care, actively involving family and supportive individuals in the rehabilitation process with educational lectures, therapy sessions, and support groups. The center addresses concurrent mental health issues associated with addiction, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder. In addition to traditional therapies, The Ridge offers a variety of wellness treatments for comprehensive care. Clients can partake in acupuncture, daily fitness sessions—both indoors and outdoors—music therapy, and yoga. Recreational activities such as volleyball, basketball, and pickleball are available, as well as facilities like a swimming pool, sauna, walking trails, and a stocked pond for fishing. Meals are carefully prepared by the on-site chef to match clients’ individual dietary preferences. After completing residential or outpatient care, clients receive a full year of aftercare, which includes weekly group therapy, alumni events featuring guest speakers, and various activities.
