Thira Health is an innovative treatment facility focused on supporting women, adolescent girls, and gender non-conforming individuals facing challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and various intertwined mental health issues. With a dedicated team of specialists, Thira tailors its approach to meet the distinct requirements of women and girls through evidence-supported methods, particularly employing dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Their caring team features certified professionals skilled in areas like art therapy and nutritional guidance, empowering each client to discover and achieve their personal goals. Thira Health offers both residential treatment and flexible outpatient options, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in the mornings and evenings, as well as partial hospitalization programs (PHP). The morning IOP is suited for adults and adolescents seeking assistance for anxiety and depression while balancing their other responsibilities. The PHP provides a more rigorous support system for those with eating disorders, operating seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the week and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekends. The center features designated spaces for group therapy, in addition to smaller rooms designed for one-on-one sessions. Clients have access to a recreation area equipped with a TV and comfortable seating for relaxation during breaks. Thira Health is committed to creating a nurturing environment where women and girls can progress in their recovery at their own rhythm.
