Trillium Family Portland

Trillium Family Services, located on SE Powell Boulevard, specializes in providing mental health treatment for young people, including children and adolescents. Their residential programs cater to youths aged 5-14, offering secure inpatient care, subacute treatment, and psychiatric residential services. For outpatient care, they serve individuals aged 5-17 through programs such as day treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), and services within schools. Trillium is committed to accessibility by accepting Medicaid and private insurance, and it welcomes children from diverse backgrounds and identities. The center employs a combination of therapeutic approaches, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), medication management, and skill enrichment to tackle serious emotional and behavioral issues within supportive, trauma-informed settings. They address conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and self-harming behaviors. Trillium features recreational and calming spaces, such as basketball courts, gardens, and a labyrinth. Our facility collaborates with a wide range of health insurance providers, including various commercial plans and the Oregon Health Plan, specifically within Oregon.
