Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery is a residential treatment facility exclusively for women, located in the serene Northern Neck of Virginia. It accommodates up to 24 adult women, creating a peaceful and private setting for recovery. The program provides round-the-clock medical assistance and support, tailored treatment strategies, and ongoing care plans that reflect each woman's unique needs. Focused specifically on women, the curriculum includes various therapies aimed at addressing addiction and substance dependency. The center employs evidence-based approaches and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), with daily evaluations during the residential stay. An essential aspect of the therapeutic process includes both indoor and outdoor physical activities designed to enhance mental and physical well-being. At Twin Branch, treatment programs encompass exercise, nutrition, life skill development, and overall wellness, along with a comprehensive care plan for after discharge. The aim is to equip each woman with the necessary resources to maintain a lifestyle of sobriety and health. Nestled on a sprawling 30-acre campus, Twin Branch serves as a refuge from the pressures of everyday life.
