Wholeview Wellness

Wholeview Wellness® is a premier outpatient facility situated in Midtown Manhattan, focused on providing care for individuals dealing with addiction, substance use issues, and trauma, including conditions such as PTSD and CPTSD. The center offers a thorough outpatient program designed to support both patients and their loved ones. Each patient undergoes an initial assessment to identify their strengths and areas where they may require additional assistance. Wholeview Wellness employs a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), relapse prevention, and the community reinforcement approach (CRA). They also utilize two structured psychodynamic therapies, mentalization-based therapy (MBT) and supportive expressive therapy (SET), to address the underlying factors contributing to substance use. The therapeutic team consists of PhD-level psychologists and master’s degree professionals who specialize in treating addiction issues. Additionally, Wholeview Wellness offers medication management and, when necessary, medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) through their Wholeview Direct program. It is important to note that Wholeview Wellness does not participate in any insurance networks, and fees are charged per session. Conversely, Wholeview Direct is a fully virtual service that collaborates with NYS Medicaid, as well as most managed Medicaid and Essential Plans, including providers such as Healthfirst, Molina, Fidelis, Metroplus, VNS, CDPHP, MVP, UHC, and Carelon (Emblemhealth, Hamaspik, HIP, VillageCare MAX, Elderplan, Amidacare, Independent Health).

The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing substance use disorders along with associated mental health issues. Each treatment plan is tailored to meet individual needs, providing compassionate and comprehensive support for holistic recovery.

Wholeview Wellness operates outside of insurance networks, with costs determined on a per-session basis. In contrast, Wholeview Direct, our entirely online service, is accepted by NYS Medicaid and numerous managed Medicaid and Essential Plans, such as Healthfirst, Molina, Fidelis, Metroplus, VNS, CDPHP, MVP, UHC, and Carelon (which includes Emblemhealth, Hamaspik, HIP, VillageCare MAX, Elderplan, Amidacare, and Independent Health).
