About
Situated in Santa Clara, Utah, adjacent to an arboretum and a baseball park, Access Foundation The Parkway offers a picturesque sober living environment tailored for men. This center implements evidence-based group therapy, conducts random drug screenings, and provides residents with chances to hone leadership skills and teamwork within the facility, as well as training in personal finance. Key leadership positions in the house include House Manager, Assistant Manager, House Accountant, and Chore Advisor. In the initial month, residents are required to participate in five recovery meetings each week, which subsequently reduces to three after the first 30 days. Importantly, Access Foundation does not mandate external treatment for its participants.
Accredited by the Joint Commission and the state of Utah, Access Foundation The Parkway spans three floors and encompasses 3,728 square feet. The center includes seven bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms equipped with televisions, three refrigerators, two dining areas, and laundry facilities.
Residents engage in weekly recovery sessions and attend a house meeting every Wednesday at 8 p.m. Each individual is expected to secure a job within 30 days of arrival, with assistance provided in their job search endeavors.
Access Foundation The Parkway enforces a strict no-drug policy, asking residents who test positive to vacate the premises, though they reserve their beds for 72 hours and will readmit residents who can subsequently show negative results. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
During the initial 30 days, the curfew is set at 10 p.m., transitioning to midnight thereafter. Monthly rent is priced at $500, due on the first of each month, alongside a $300 security deposit. Random and suspicion-based drug tests incur a fee of $5 each. Late rent penalties include $25 for payments made between the 6th and 15th, and $50 for those submitted after the 15th. Payments may be made through Venmo and CashApp, with card transactions subject to a 3.25% convenience fee.
Access Foundation also provides BizLab services for aspiring entrepreneurs in recovery, charging $90 for a basic consultation, $350 for a BizLab kit, or $990 for all four kits. Additional housing options for men are available at Saving Grace, Elmwood, Serenity Station, Shadow Springs, and The Mission, while women's housing options are at Elmwood, Serenity Station, and Sundown. These locations are also close to Zion National Park, and maintain similar policies with varying meeting times.

Providers Policy
At Access Foundation The Parkway, we understand the importance of accessible and flexible payment options for our residents. Our facility is committed to providing a supportive recovery environment, and as such, we offer a transparent and straightforward financial structure to accommodate different needs.
Monthly rent for residents is set at $500, due on the first of each month, along with a security deposit of $300. To ensure flexibility in payments, we accept various methods including Venmo, CashApp, and credit card payments, the latter of which includes a nominal fee of 3.25% for processing.
For those who may experience difficulties in meeting rent deadlines, we have established a late fee policy. Rent paid between the 6th and 15th of the month incurs a $25 late fee, while payments made after the 15th will incur a $50 late fee.
In addition to standard living expenses, residents may also choose to engage in our BizLab services, designed to aid those looking to start a business during their recovery. These services are available at competitive rates, with basic consultations priced at $90 per hour, a complete BizLab kit for $350, or all four kits available for $990.
Please note that while Access Foundation The Parkway does not require residents to have outside treatment, we do prioritize a drug-free environment and conduct random drug tests at a cost of $5 per test. We hold our beds for residents who may need to leave the program temporarily due to a positive test result, provided they test negative within 72 hours.
For any inquiries regarding insurance coverage or financial assistance options, we encourage prospective residents to contact us directly. Our team is dedicated to guiding individuals toward the best possible path for their recovery journey.
