Active Recovery Women

Active Recovery is dedicated to supporting women who are moving from active substance use to a state of "active recovery" by providing a comfortable living environment along with personalized training and recovery counseling. The recovery apartments come equipped with gym facilities, a membership to the local YMCA, and access to personal trainers. The program at Active Recovery includes house meetings, assigned chores, periodic drug screenings, and outings in the Austin area. Residents can benefit from shared accommodations, stylish living areas, internet connectivity, televisions, luxurious soaking tubs, and a spacious backyard. Upon arrival, clients undergo an evaluation by a nutritionist to empower them in managing their health and enhancing their overall wellness. Physical activities offered include aerobics, strength training, stretching, and yoga sessions.

This facility focuses on addressing issues related to substance abuse, assisting individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and linking them with caring support systems.
