Phase I consists of in-home medical detox supervised by a private nurse, along with a personalized strategy created by a licensed Nurse Practitioner and a board-certified Medical Director. Phase II encompasses comprehensive therapy sessions and three months of follow-up appointments with medical professionals. Phase III ensures ongoing therapy, additional follow-ups, daily monitoring through devices, and instant access to therapists. Successfully completing the 52-week program is associated with improved outcomes and reduced chances of relapse. The treatment process is further enhanced by a telehealth segment, which includes meetings with a primary therapist online four times a week. Besides the regular counseling sessions with their primary counselor, clients also have telemedicine consultations with a licensed Nurse Practitioner to support continual medication management for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or co-occurring mental health issues.
