Ascend Recovery utilizes an evidence-based, holistic methodology that incorporates various therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), family systems therapy, life skills training, equine therapy, and both individual and group therapy sessions. Typically, clients stay at Ascend Recovery for 30 to 90 days, and the center is accredited by the Joint Commission. The residential environment of Ascend Recovery features beautiful greenery and a serene pond. New residents usually share accommodations with those who have been there longer, although private rooms may be available based on individual assessments to determine what is best for their health. The facility includes a versatile recreation room, a fitness area with gym equipment, a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, and even a drum set. Ascend Recovery also has a dedicated chef who curates a weekly menu tailored to specific dietary requirements, ensuring that meals are prepared fresh daily.
