Community Medical Services Sterling Heights is situated north of Maple Lane Golf Club in Michigan. This clinic focuses on assisting those dealing with opioid addiction by providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) along with counseling and various support services. Clients also have access to peer support networks through this facility to aid in their recovery process. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 12:30 pm and Saturday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

This center focuses on addressing substance use disorders, assisting individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and linking them with empathetic support.
