DBT Works

DBT Works is a specialized mental health facility focused on dialectical behavior therapy located in Concord, Massachusetts. Its primary goal is to assist individuals in developing emotional strength, managing intense feelings, and achieving meaningful lives. Catering to adolescents and young adults between the ages of 15 and 25, the center provides various services. Their intensive psychiatric day program, available five days a week, serves as a transitional step from inpatient care to support ongoing stabilization, with flexibility for those engaged in work or school commitments. The comprehensive outpatient program features weekly individual therapy sessions, family skills groups, and 24/7 access to DBT skills coaching through phone support. DBT Works assists those grappling with emotional dysregulation, including challenges such as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal thoughts. They prioritize family involvement, incorporating parent support groups and family therapy into their offerings. Currently, DBT Works accepts private payment as well as out-of-network insurance options.

At our rehabilitation center, we operate as a private pay facility and do not participate in-network with insurance providers at this time. However, we are committed to assisting you in figuring out eligibility and expenses by collaborating with both you and your insurance company, especially if your policy includes out-of-network options. Additionally, we are actively pursuing partnerships to become an in-network provider with leading insurance companies in the region.
