Established in 2011 by parents who recognized the importance of aiding their sons in achieving independence, the center focuses on young men between the ages of 18 and 30 who are experiencing challenges related to launching into adulthood. The program addresses issues such as social anxiety, avoidant personality disorder, depression, ADHD, and behavioral dependencies including gaming and pornography addiction. Every participant is assigned a personalized plan tailored by skilled coaches and licensed therapists, which incorporates individual counseling, group sessions, exposure therapy, and training in practical life skills. There is also a Parent Education Platform designed to support families as they navigate the student's journey. The combination of therapy and coaching is aimed at fostering accountability, emotional development, and lasting transformation. At Forte Strong, residents stay in well-appointed shared accommodations that emulate real-world adult living. These homes feature private and shared bedrooms, inviting lounges with comfortable seating, shared bathrooms, and laundry facilities, all of which encourage responsibility and daily routines. Even leisure activities, such as table tennis, facilitate opportunities for connections and balance. By balancing part-time employment with everyday responsibilities, students cultivate enduring life skills.
