Founded in 1974, Harbor Hall operates several facilities across Northern Michigan, providing treatment for men, women, and adolescents facing substance use issues and co-occurring disorders. The center offers a diverse array of holistic, gender-sensitive, and strengths-based therapy options that are tailored to meet individual needs. With a team of skilled counselors, Harbor Hall supports clients grappling with various difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, familial challenges, learning disabilities, and the straightforward need for professional guidance. Therapy options include group therapy, strategies for relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), facilitation of the 12 Steps, and motivational interviewing.
