Harmony Women's Recovery

Harmony Women's Recovery, located in Kettering, Ohio, specializes in providing thorough treatment exclusively for women dealing with drug and alcohol addiction, while also addressing related issues such as trauma, depression, and anxiety. The center offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and sober living accommodations, focusing on a holistic healing approach that pairs expert medical support with a nurturing, safe atmosphere. Participants receive personalized support tailored to their needs, utilizing methods like 12-Step recovery, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and somatic experiencing. The program also features holistic practices including yoga, art therapy, meditation, and various wellness initiatives, designed to assist women in managing stress and cultivating healthy routines during their rehabilitation journey. Moreover, Harmony emphasizes life skills development, such as budgeting and parenting training, to encourage personal growth and self-sufficiency. The sober living component of Harmony Housing provides a secure and nurturing environment with accommodations for up to two women per shared room, promoting privacy and safety. These homes are pet-friendly and include common areas like indoor lounges and outdoor patios, along with activities such as art workshops, movie nights, and games. Residential clients are also granted gym memberships to enhance their physical health during their time at the center, while staff members help organize transportation for therapy and other appointments, ensuring a seamless transition for all residents.

The center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders as well as related mental health issues. A tailored treatment plan is designed to tackle both conditions simultaneously, offering individualized and empathetic care for holistic recovery.

At our center, we welcome a variety of Medicaid providers, including CareSource and United Healthcare. Currently, we do not accept private insurance plans. However, we do offer cash payment options upon request.
