The rehabilitation center, known as REHAB CENTER NAME, is operated by a couple with personal recovery experiences who aimed to create a compassionate and understanding treatment environment. They offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and can arrange sober living accommodations for clients as necessary. With a focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle as a crucial aspect of recovery, the center emphasizes educating clients on nutrition, healthy eating practices, and the significance of physical activity. Throughout the winter and summer seasons, staff organizes outdoor sports activities for clients to engage in. The center employs master's level clinicians who implement established therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Additionally, they incorporate progressive therapies like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing, as well as hypnotherapy targeted at managing fears, anxiety, sleep disturbances, depression, stress, and grief. Each client's treatment plan is tailored to their unique needs and current stage in the recovery process.
