Intermountain Residential

Intermountain Residential is dedicated to assisting children aged 4 to 13 who face behavioral health issues. Situated on a sprawling 40-acre site in Helena, Montana, the facility consists of three cottages that can accommodate up to 24 children. The comprehensive treatment approach includes clinical evaluations, customized care plans, therapeutic sessions, medication oversight, an accredited educational institution on campus, and a variety of outdoor and community-based activities. Utilizing a Developmental Relational Model, Intermountain Residential tailors its approach to address the unique needs of each child through relationship-focused experiences that enhance brain development. Clinicians adopt a developmental perspective to evaluate patterns of attachment and connection. To guarantee that therapy is woven into daily routines, each cottage is staffed with an in-house therapist. Intermountain aids children dealing with trauma, loss, emotional instability, social challenges, academic hurdles, anxiety, and depression. Their collaborative team, which consists of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed therapists, milieu counselors, certified educators, and support personnel, provides individualized care within a nurturing and therapeutic atmosphere.

At the center, individuals receive individualized support for mental health issues. The facility offers therapeutic services and customizes treatment plans to fit your specific needs, diagnoses, and personal choices.

The cost of enrollment is determined on a per-day basis. For families who are privately financing tuition, we provide a discounted rate for those who are underinsured or uninsured. Please note that our daily treatment fee excludes psychiatric evaluations, medical consultations, prescriptions, as well as dental, vision, and transportation services, along with Speech, Language, or Occupational therapies. Additionally, there is a one-time registration fee and a deposit equivalent to 30 days of service required upon admission.
