Jeremiah’s Inn is a dedicated residential facility exclusively for men working to overcome alcohol dependency. The center emphasizes peer-driven Social Model Recovery and encourages participants to actively contribute to the community through its on-site Nutrition Center, fostering a sense of accountability, purpose, and social connection during the early stages of sobriety. At Jeremiah’s Inn, men facing substance use challenges receive residential treatment classified at the ASAM 3.1 care level, ensuring around-the-clock assistance in a structured, community-oriented environment. The program aids participants in establishing healthy objectives, modifying behaviors, and creating a sustainable recovery path through individualized plans, serving over 100 men each year. The center blends a social model with evidence-supported therapies, addressing each client’s specific strengths and needs. Their comprehensive approach includes biopsychosocial assessments, counseling, group activities, and holistic services such as nutrition and opportunities for community service.
