Clients also participate in mindfulness practices, yoga, equine therapy, and expressive arts, in addition to receiving individual, group, and family counseling, along with psychiatric support if necessary. Residents stay in shared cabins on a secluded campus in Loa, Utah, embraced by nature. Their routine alternates between organized outdoor therapeutic activities and time spent at the residential base, where they participate in cooking, manage household tasks, and develop essential life skills. The facility features therapy spaces, areas for art and equine activities, showers, a communal kitchen, and around-the-clock access to medical and psychiatric care.
