Legacy Treatment Center

Legacy Treatment Center is designed for men aged 18 to 35 who are struggling with issues such as addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. This facility is licensed by the State of Utah and holds accreditation from the Joint Commission. It provides a comprehensive 90-day hybrid residential program that integrates clinical treatment with outdoor activities. Participants engage in 70 days of focused therapy, followed by a 20-day transition phase aimed at addressing co-occurring disorders through individual, group, and family counseling. The rehabilitation approach includes clinically proven techniques such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), motivational interviewing, and attachment theory, alongside complementary methods like mindfulness, equine therapy, and experiential outdoor activities. Clients are encouraged to enhance emotional stability, establish healthy habits, and develop coping strategies by facing real-world challenges with ongoing therapeutic guidance. Accommodations consist of dormitory-style living on a scenic Utah campus, surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes, forest trails, and expansive desert views. Residents participate in hiking, cooking, household responsibilities, and skill-building activities within an environment that promotes introspection and community engagement. The program also incorporates art and equine therapies, along with around-the-clock nursing and psychiatric support, to facilitate individual growth through a structured, nature-rich, and supportive setting.
