Liberty Health Services empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and pursue sustainable well-being through medically supervised detoxification, in-house care, and a structured evening intensive outpatient program (IOP). With a focus on an intimate environment, the center accommodates no more than 24 clients at once, enabling them to provide individualized treatment strategies that cater to each person's specific needs. The comprehensive 28-day residential initiative includes bi-weekly case management sessions, weekly individual therapy, and regular consultations with a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Clients adhere to a full daily agenda of mandatory group sessions addressing subjects such as the 12-Step program, nutrition, psychoeducation, and strategies for preventing relapse. Creative therapies—such as recreational activities, art, music, and dance/movement therapy—allow for diverse forms of self-expression. Life skills training emphasizes areas like anger management, effective communication, job readiness, problem-solving techniques, and building healthy relationships. Liberty Health Services also offers access to aftercare resources that encompass strategies for relapse prevention, peer support networks, individual counseling, and educational materials to support ongoing sobriety. Their aftercare initiatives aim to facilitate a smooth reintegration into everyday life while providing continuous support. The facility, which is discreetly located near the Route 28 exit on Highway 93, offers both convenience and a tranquil wooded setting conducive to healing. It boasts a bright and clean atmosphere where clients can choose between private or shared accommodations and enjoy healthy meals. Common areas include a dining room, a lounge, and outdoor picnic spots for relaxation.

This center focuses on addressing substance use disorders by aiding individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and connecting them with caring support systems.
