Pasadena Villa Outpatient Lansing

Situated in an industrial district of Lansing, this rehabilitation center provides two tiers of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The PHP acts as both a preventive measure against hospitalization and a transitional pathway for individuals stepping down from inpatient or residential care. Participants benefit from a thorough treatment regimen lasting 6 hours a day, five days a week. Conversely, the IOP is designed for clients whose symptoms are worsening and who are not making headway with their existing therapy or outpatient services. This program offers treatment for 3 hours a day, on a schedule of 3 to 5 days per week. The skilled team of clinicians focuses on a variety of conditions, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and coexisting neurodivergent conditions. They employ a mix of evidence-based treatments and alternative approaches to address the individual's overall well-being. Common therapeutic modalities include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness, yoga, nutritional counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
