Situated in a northern suburb of Detroit, this rehabilitation center provides two distinct tiers of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The PHP functions as both a preventive measure against hospitalization and a transitional phase for clients stepping down from inpatient or residential care. Participants in this program benefit from extensive support, receiving 6 hours of treatment each day for 5 days a week. On the other hand, the IOP caters to individuals facing heightened symptoms who are not making progress in their current outpatient therapy. This option features treatment sessions lasting 3 hours per day, available 3 to 5 days a week. The dedicated team of professionals is adept at addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. They incorporate a variety of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches to ensure comprehensive care. Commonly utilized therapies include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutritional therapy, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
